Available in 3 different protruding depths and easily anchored with a #8 bugle head screw, this dependable attachment mounts to tree trunk or branch. It’s also happily stationed on your gazebo, deck, porch or fence post. And, it’s clever indoors as well, anchored to a wall stud or ceiling joist.  A Seuss-like perch for your parrot or mobile. Try as you might, you’ll not likely find repeatable production of such adept forgings in smooth round stock anywhere else. This fresh swirling spiral paired with Generik’s signature Penny End scroll work is State of the Art.  The master craftsman’s hammer blows intentionally leave the surface so smooth.

Backstory:  Four years ago, we sought to develop a line of  iron art hardware for discriminating bird enthusiasts.  Blacksmith Generik’s quick response met the need for an artful hanging point for standard columnar/tube bird feeders. We swiftly sold out of our initial run, which was a Spiked Pound In Spiral Tree Hook modeled after our Shaddai Lantern Hook. Indeed, some of our photo gallery still features the Spiked Pound In version, functionally equivalent to its successor.   The Screw In Spiral is a versatile variation of the original incorporating a punched hole with thistle flourish and a simple sturdy screw attachment.  The redesign is actually easier to forge for the Blacksmith, easier to install for our customers, and a nimbler response to meeting market demand.
